Scribbled Lives Week 45—Speak Peace

The member who initiated this week’s prompt wrote: “I am in desperate need of peace, patience, calm, beauty, and goodness. Please fill my feed with light, love, hope, patience, and kindness. The phrase ‘speak peace’ comes from a Christian tradition, but peace is a universal need. It is so much more than an absence of war.”

I am thinking of the opening greeting in I Peter 1:2—”Grace and peace be yours in abundance”—and am pondering the concept of abundant peace.
